I What is Guinea Bissau CTN certification?

The government of the Republic of Guinea Bissau has issued a decree requiring that goods shipped from all regions of the world to Guinea Bissau must apply for a Cargo Tracking Note (CTN). The CTN of the Republic of Guinea Bissau must be applied for within 5 days after the ship departs from the port of origin. Otherwise, it may result in the destination port customers being unable to clear customs and paying high fines.

II How to apply for a CTN in Guinea Bissau?

Application process for CTN in Guinea Bissau:

1. Please download and fill out the Guinea Bissau CTN application form within five days after the departure of the vessel from the port of origin;

2. Please contact our online customer service or call us to obtain our bank account and make the payment to our relevant account;

3. Please send the completed Guinea Bissau CTN application form along with the scanned original bill of lading and payment receipt via email to service@normaltci.com ；

4. We have officially started the application process.

Note:

1. The destination port is unable to apply for CTN in Guinea Bissau;

2. After the ship arrives at the destination port, Guinea Bissau C.N.C.G will strictly inspect the corresponding CTN of each shipment. If there is no CTN certification, a fine of 200% customs duty will be imposed.
