欧盟史上最严格的玩具标准(EU) 2021/867，拟更新法规协调标准
2021年5月31日，欧盟在其官方公报上发布(EU) 2021/867决议，拟修订欧盟玩具法规2009/48/EC的协调标准清单。新的协调标准清单如下：

该协调标准清单将取代2019年欧盟在其官方公报上发布的（EU）2019/1728决议，本次变化主要基于如下考虑：
（1）指画颜料标准更新了多种着色剂的要求以及防腐剂的要求；
（2）亚硝胺标准更新，适用于更多类别的亚硝胺及相关物质，同时检测能力提高，设备可以达到更低的检出限；
（3）电动玩具规定了进一步的警告，以确保消费者更好地了解吞咽纽扣电池的危害。
下列标准即将失效，同时考虑到给玩具制造商足够的时间使其产品适应新的协调标准中的规范，应该有适当的过渡期：

2009/48/EC是欧盟的玩具法规，被称为“史上最严格的玩具标准”规定了玩具的机械物理性能、燃烧性能、化学性能、放射性能、电动安全性能等要求，这些要求的相关协调标准会在欧盟官方公报上实时更新。产品只有满足了这些协调标准才会被假定满足2009/48/EC能进入欧盟市场流通。
