NormalTCI can provide product safety assessment for semiconductor production equipment.

We conduct testing according to performance-based industry standards, including Semiconductor Equipment Materials International (SEMI) standards and the International SEMATECH Application Guidelines, among others.

North American certification: Products that have passed NormalTCI testing and are compliant can be affixed with the ETL listing mark, which is recognized by electrical inspectors throughout North America.

CE Marking: NormalTCI Nuomo Testing can conduct necessary health and safety assessments of your products in accordance with the EU's unified mechanical, low-voltage, ATEX, and EMC directives, as well as market factors and EMC directives prior to CE marking. We can also provide assistance during the process of you preparing to declare your intention on your own.

On site identification: For products that cannot be labeled with compliance marks - whether yours or the customer's - NormalTCI Nuomo Testing can go to your factory for on-site evaluation to ensure that your products comply with national product safety regulations and local electrical safety regulations. If the product meets the relevant standards, we will issue an on-site label (ETL on-site evaluation mark) for the equipment that is only used in the current environment.

Security Design Review: NormalTCI will help you identify product design flaws during the blueprint, design, or prototype phase, rather than the pre production or worse - production phase. Our experts save you time on redesigning, production costs, and product time to market over a long period of time by conducting design reviews and continuous compliance assessments throughout the entire development process. We will monitor and identify product safety and general compliance issues in terms of concept and installation.

Customized training program: NormalTCI can provide training programs for design, production, installation, service, and engineering personnel at customer sites, such as "Safety Training Design" - this training aims to help design team members understand that their original equipment design should consider the requirements of SEMI S2 and EU directives; For example, "Specific Tool Safety Training" - this training focuses on potential hazards related to a certain piece of equipment and effective explosion-proof controls.
