GMP+ certification process

1. Fill out the application form and the enterprise information survey form; submit photocopies of the business license, organization code certificate, and other necessary qualification certificates such as licenses; submit the required management documents, enterprise factory area map, and floor plan;

2. Sign the certification contract;

3. Implement the first stage of audit, which includes on-site assessment and document review;

4. After improvements are made to the identified issues (if any), proceed to the second stage of review;

5. Supervision and audit;

6. Re-examination (the certificate is valid for 3 years).
